Wouldnt it be sweet if the ps3 had a disc changer?

a disc changer would rock, i would love it, not having to switch back and forth between Burnout and COD4 would be awsome.

The eject disc xmb option is enough for me, the only thing I loath is finding the right case for the game i'm taking out and getting the game I want out of its' case. The juggling I don't like. If I stop being lazy I'd find me a nice music CD binder to solve my problem.

As far as a disc changer I'd be afraid of it wearing out or being slow when you want to change all the discs. On my old 3 disc changing stereo it takes a few seconds just to turn it all the way around to get all 3 discs out, and it's a tray.

Actually a neat idea! lolz make up to 6 regular dvds into 1 Blu-Ray!!! lolz so sweet, yet so unrealistic. I really wish they would do that with, 1 Star Wars 2 Spiderman

Just think about it, you could put 2 cds (bluray, audio, game, whatever) in your ps3 and then you could just select what you wanted on the xmb. or use the ps button to change the current disc. b4 the launch of ps3, i thought that this would be a cool feature. anybody agree with me? rsoxguy12

Sure. I was thinking 500 was too cheap a price for PS3. Maybe a 12 cd changer is in order so they can bump the price by another grand??

because most people have PC with a burner, that would just be an unnessesary cost.

To the above poster, trust me it can be done without the system getting any bigger. I dont even think the system is that "big" as some of you point it out to be. For goodness sakes its not like you are running the dam thing on duracell batteries or a laptop to be carried every where.AfgZeroVirus
