Got passed over in customer appreciation  TWICE and now it looks like I will be last in line to get my $10 for spending $50. Thanks a lot Sony.

I never received any free cash either.

I'm led to believe that it is a random selection process and not everyone gets it, and it's only $10 get over it and move on and if you do get it be happy.

Not really. I sold it after 2 months. Loot sucks and farming the same bosses sucked. It was good for a couple of playthroughs though.
