What is missing on the PSP?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
Better analog stick(s) and support for homebrew, emulators and other things that keeps the PSP alive.
Otherwise.. I don't know. I really, really like it. It's an awsome console.
Maybe a little stronger cpu... But it strong as it is allready.
More Games!
Although, MGS Portable Ops and SOCOM Fireteam Bravo are superb. The thing about PSP games is that they need to add new kind of gameplay and features, not just a "transformation" from PS2 to PSP. Example: Recruiting and Missions in MGS PO and fast deployment in SOCOM FTB, that kind of stuff. Games that are easy to handle if your using your PSP from home or on the bus.
phone, internet that can support anything(youtube, gamespot ect)
build in gps, camera, KEYBAORD!!!!!!!!
2 anolog sticks that arnt a pain.
one those things that stops reflection, its really annoying when playing games in thesunlight and it reflects.
i also agree wiht the support for homebrew and emulators and unvirsal control and all the great stuff that keep psp alive

I dont think sony would just put support for homebrew in as a feature for everybody.
games, its the reason psp lost to ds
almost all psp games are ps2 ports. almost all gamers have ps2 so they played those games already in their ps2s so psp games are so few.
also even i dont understand battery time problem because 4-5 hours really enough for me, it looks like many people complain about it.
so what psp needs are games for ONLY psp and better battery

All its missing is a right analog stick and some internal memory.Asim90agreed, everything else is fine. I wish the unit was a little bigger, my gorilla hands get a little stiff after an hour or so, but overall I think it is really strong platform, just look at last months NPD numbers.

It sure is...and if you want to be the first to have it, send me your credit card and I'll stand in line at the local Best-Circuit-Mart and pick it up the day it comes in for you since we're getting the first shipments in on the second Tuesday of next week. But you have to pay ALL shipping costs...I'm not getting burned like I did on that Nintendo QS deal...
Can't wait for God of War: COO, Tales of the World and Elder Scrolls Travels.
What's missing is better internet, a built in camera and phone, and a second analog stick. Oh and also longer battery. Not saying that it isn't an amazing system but those features would make PSP god (lol jk).
