They really should. I mean, you can get away with just the leader of your squad having a mic (as long as he does his job), but it's nice to be able to communicate, and be able to ask the medic to save your ass when you get killed.
Yeah but like the friend above said that it will be a big mess so we need a mic to communicate can you imagine playing a 5 v 5 in css without a mic? Well imagine 256 people playing.

I played only 1 round in the beta and it was probably the least amount of fun I've ever had playing an FPS. Maybe it was the type of game it was (I forget) or maybe it was the way it was set up. I don't really know why. It just wasn't any fun at all for me. I do plan to try it at least 1 more time and play a few more rounds, but as of now I don't like it at all.
The game is nothing special. Anybody who has played Socom 2 on PS2 knows that its gameplay far surpassed that of MAG. More players does not make for better gameplay. Parachuting in is nothing exciting.
Well the live demo ran pretty smoothly, but all the players were in America so it'll be interesting to see how much lag i'll get playing from New Zealand
It has a great concept, and 256 players is nut but i think i'm going to pass on this one. I didn't enjoy the beta and i've only played it a couple times. Haven't touched it for a month now.
