It's not just those wheels, I found that the glitch can also happen by chance when moving extremely fast in ANY circular motion. During Level Creation I tried to make a catapult that would throw you, unfortunately the speed on the catapult throw was a little to fast, and the glitch happened.

The only way to to continue playing the game is to delete all of your save files and start the game over, sigh... Otherwise you'll just continue dying and respawning repeatedly, on all modes and levels.

Thx for the warning didn't think those wheels were dangerous and I almost jumped in it too.
