Uncharted 2 has 64 reviews and a total score of 9.6. GOTY confirmed

This is just amazing with 64 reviews and still holding a 9.6 with more reviews to come i think the score will just go higher. If it keeps this up it will be up there with the greatest games ever made.

That's great and all, but we seriously don't need a new thread everytime a new review for U2 comes out or to show the overall score. We all know it has gotten amazing reviews and will most likely be a GOTY contendor. I really wish the mods would just make a sticky for it.

Nope wont go to 9.2 i can promise you that cause by now it should have had more reviews giving it grades in the 80s by now everygame that has been down that low has had quit abit of 80 something reviews and uncharted 2 doesnt. I predict 9.4 is the lowest it will go and the highest not sure.

Only 3 reviews gave it a grade in the 80s out of 64 that right there proves it wont go down by much more if it does go down at all.

And on metacritic there isnt one review in the 80s killzone 2 had atleast one review in the 80s by the time it got to 25 reviews.

Are you guys seriously arguing about tenths of a point? Just play the damn game and enjoy it when it comes out. Stop worrying if one site gives it a 9.7 and one gives it a 9.5. Who cares? God forbid a reviewer isn't that enamored with the game and gives it an 8.5! BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!

Who is hating on the game in this thread? You just put too much stock into reviews. Who cares what the average score is? Just play the game and enjoy it. There are plenty of people just like you who will love the game endlessly.

With numbers like these, it's pretty much settled.

So someone out there gave reviews and said its a great game?! NICE! I'm betting no one saw that comming :roll: Seriously though, everyone knows its going to be a great game. Tenth's of a point based on a critic rating (we all know how well we can trust those) isn't going to determine who's going to get the game and who isn't. I'd like to see more gameplay footage instead of everyone telling me how awesome UC2 is so I can decide for myself. I don't put a lot of stock into ratings.

I see it as a possibility. I loved the first one, it is a great adventure game.

Was the intelligent discussion the part saying it was going to be GotY? If it was, then that doesn't really seem "intelligent" to me. More like chit-chating.

GTA IV got better averagescore I think, but anyway, I reckon thew GOTY will go to Modern Warfare 2

AHHHHHHHHH!!!! All the hype for this game is driving me crazy. This is like MGS4 all over again.

I'm too old now to care about scores but if a game is getting high scores across the board then its something special. I didn;t care much for u2 but when i saw the reviews i downloaded the beta and wow this game is so well done with great attention to detail , usually with Sp dominated games the online is an add on but if this on-line is anything to go by then this game is a must own classic imo of coarse
