Soon-to-be ps3 owner, but have one question

I don't care if you're not a MGS fan. Get MGS4 for SURE :D

Then I reccommend GTA4, Ratchet and Clank Future: ToD, CoD4, Resistance, Orange Box, Warhawk, Uncharted, and Assassin's Creed.

well I will be getting a ps3 tomorow (hopefully) and I want to know which games I should get. I can get two or three games. I usually like any type of games except for sports. But im not a big mgs fan...so I probably wont be getting mgs4. Thanks in advance :Dthecman129

hey man its ok if u didnt get mgs 4 ,trust me I dont like metal gear at all but I like the other ps3 games ,dont listen to any one say ,if u have a ps3 then u should have metal gear thats not right cause every one have his own feeling about the game that he love.

I have played all the MGS games and I still get lost, lol.

I had never really played MGS before the 4th one, and its great.

I would recommend: MGS4, Call of Duty 4, and Battlefield or orange box.

You don't have to play previous MG's to understand the story....MGS4 sums everything up. Here's my list of games I think you should get.

Me three!!! lol....I could understand most of the storyline, but there where some element that left me totally clue-less...4 does a good job of putting everything together.

Well I had never played a mgs game before guns of the patriots but I have to say that I loved it! I'm on my second play through and I'm up to suicide geckos on Act 4, Big Boss Hard, 0 kills, 0 continues, 0 alerts and I'm loving it.

The gameplay is great, I consider it a cross between... Uncharted and Splinter Cell.

So You should get

MGS4

A FPS ---- I'd reccomend either Resistance or COD4 (I have Resistance) but you could wait for Resistance 2 in November.

And either Folklore or Oblivion (get the GOTY edition) but I personally loathed Oblivion.

Get GTA4, Uncharted, COD4, Ratchet and Clank, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Devil May Cry 4. But I highly recommend MGS4 its the best PS3 game out right now.
