PSN restored depending on....

Restored depending on area of residence (i.e. in the states/country) or time zone?

A lot of the sources have said that PSN is restored, but it doesnt say specifically its starting point. I remember seeing a post on these forums saying that New York PSN service is restored, which is funny because I live in the same time zone as New York (EST).

Oh well, I waited about 3 weeks, don't mind waiting couple more days.

If your state is online but your service has not yet been restored, please be patient – it can take a little while for the servers to populate fully.

Actually forgot to mention this, I live in Canada. So its possible that United States will go first, then Canada, which is understandable since Sony has to restore this worldwide.
