PSN Avatars

Does anyone know how to put in a custom avatar from your PSN ID? I can't seem to figure it out, or a place to go like on the internet that has a list of all the PSN avatars/account info.?

The only avatar you can change as of now is your User pic. No way yet for PSN ID.

User pic. as in a picture of yourself or the little avatar next to your online name on the PS3 home screen?
