Problem with new update

You have to sync the trophies.

Try logging on PSN and compare trophies with some friend, your trophies should show up

I started a new game without any medals or rewards and wasn't getting trophies. So I deleted my old save after I copied it and started a new game. I still wasn't getting the trophies but I was getting the medals. When I went to the trophies icon to see if they were registering the only the it shows is a message saying " I have no trophies." It doesn't show anything else.Gamerdude599

Read my last post, it wont show u have any trophies unless you sync them up.

Go to your friend list and select a friend, try looking for an option that says "Compare Trophies", then wait and they'll show up.

Just get an internet connection and compare trophies don't make a big deal out of it.

Disconnect your computer connect your ps3 and do it quick.

I reformatted my PS3 but only the quick reformat not the full reformat. I have another question too, when I go to the trophies icon and click on it, am I supposed to see a Uncharted symbol saying 0 percent? When I go to it the only thing that appears is a message saying " I have no trophies" and nothing more.Gamerdude599

this is correct, if you boot up uncharted, it will make the game recognise you have nothing. and show up 0%

I've been having problems connecting wireless so I updated using a memory stick or whatever you call it. So I can't check any of my friends list.Gamerdude599

You're using a wired router to connect your computer. Right?

If you are, disconnect your computer and plug that thing in your ps3 just for a little bit. Then do what I've been telling you.

I always get 0% and No Trophies until I compare them.

I don't get the uncharted symbol or the percentage like I've seen on youtube. I only get a message saying " I have no trophies" and there's nothing more there.Gamerdude599

That's because you need an internet connection and you need to compare trophies in order for your trophies to sync up.

It doesnt require you to sync up in order for you to see your trophy list, only for others to see it.

Okay so I called sony and the only thing they could tell me is I didn't do the right thing to get the trophy but I've gotten mutliple medals and I double checked on gamespot and still not recieving trophies. the game save doesnt matter, as long as you start a completely new game and save in a different slot it should work, it sounds like the trophy patch isnt working or your firmware wasnt installed correctly, as uncharted isnt even being seen, have you not got super stardust or eden to test if they get picked up too.

okay listen, thats if you want it to show up on your card thing

He's saying it says he has no trophies when he goes to the trophy section under game, Even if you have no internet connection your trophies should show up under the trophy icon.

so your getting medals but not trophies, right? well...

1) after downloading the patch, did you start a new game without selecting "Carry over medals" because then the game won't recognize your trophies.

2) are you playing while connected to the PSN? because trophies are stored with your PSN ID. if you are not online, you won't get the trophy.

3) if you have a save that did not give you trophies, try step 1. maybe your patch is screwed up and will only recognize after you select "do not carry over medals", worth a shot.

So, to be clear, you need both the firmware update and the Uncharted game update for trophy support.
