I already have a vita, but if I did i would say that either a new Metal Gear game or a Resident Evil Outbreak file 3 would be enough to make me purchase one. Even a Metal Gear themed PS Vita would do.

sigh, third thread you trying to bash on vita,
but being a good gamespotter: it's already happyning, phantasy star online 2.
If I didn't already own one... Resident Evil. And I mean a REAL Resident Evil... not that garbage Capcom have been spewing out since, and including, 4.
"Drooling over keyboard when I saw RE outbreak file 3"..... I need this!I already have a vita, but if I did i would say that either a new Metal Gear game or a Resident Evil Outbreak file 3 would be enough to make me purchase one. Even a Metal Gear themed PS Vita would do.

Epic online games. One of my favorite things about portables is the ability to hop on wifi anywhere and play against other people around the world. Now that portables are starting to have the power of console systems i would like to see some large scale online games. Also, more co-op play options with RPG's and FPS's, as im hearing everyone is having a good time playing Unit 13 co-op.

You and me both! I was highly pissed when they closed the servers for the original.
I'm allready very pleased with games like 'touch my katamari', 'rayman origins' and 'Little Big Planet', but I hope these franchises will make it to the Vita some day:
-Loco Roco 3 (NOT download only please..)
-Something great from team ICO
- Okami! Let it be at least as good as the first one.
- a new mr. Muskeeto game.
- a 'Half minute hero' game.
- Ecco the dolphin
-Not a franchise, but: a cool point and click game. I think the system is really suitable for games like this because of the touchscreen.
I just wish a lot of new, unique, beautiful games will be made. Games with a SOUL.
Easy, a proper ffx quality rpg with an amazing single player mode, also a proper tekken game, not a watered down port or that sf vs tekken crap
An Elder Scrolls game or something in the Demon/Dark Souls series. I doubt I am going to buy a current gen. home console or a computer capable of playing them so Vita seems like it'd be my best option. This is one case where I would not mind straight-up ports either.
NHL, Madden and Fifa are all published by EA and both Madden and Fifa have been released on PSP too. There's no real excuse to NOT release NHL on the PSV.if they make an NHL game for the Vita ill be estatic

[QUOTE="Spinnerweb"]Valkyria Chronicles.rawsavonthis plus suikoden (there is one coming, but who knows what platform or even if it will come out in the US) + shadow hearts (will never have another game) + fire emblem (wrong company) Woohooo, I knew someone would agree, b;lood brutha! :P *raps knuckles*
A Kingdom Hearts game, don't even care if it's not KHIII, as long as it's awesome. A Final Fantasy Fabula Nova Crystallis game would make me buy one, as well as a Resident Evil or God of War game.
For me that has already happened. I bought PSvita on Feb 15th 2012. For Uncharted Golden Abyss. That was the game I first played and bought PSvita for. I really would like a Twisted Metal game for PSvita in the future. Twisted Metal Head on part 2 would be nice.
