No its the british release, and it's out yet, itr is avalible for pre-order. and i did google it, but my pc was being gay , and it wasn't working and here is the link to back up it

I Was Like :O when i first read it :D and i aint sure if its only avalible on shop-to.net i looked at play.com and i cant seem to find anything
