Yeah, between dropping it off buildings and tying it to the bumper of my car, I think I might have put a few scratches on it, but those don't really bother me.

Don't bother. Unless you want to keep it in mint condition for selling off as second hand. I'm keeping my baby till PS4 is out :D

It's got the obligatory ware and tare marks of course but no real scratches and even then it wouldn't bother me. As long as the machine does what it's suppose to without hinderence I'm fine with it :)

Exactly. I vacuumed my ps3 two days ago and noticed some scratches, probably scratched it even more by vacuuming some of the vents but honestly who cares, i rather have a scratched ps3 then a scratchless one that doesnt work.

During the first week of having my Playstation 3, I was dubiously cautious of the scratches...

now, not so much.

Scratched mine quite early on due to moving frequently between home and university. Was somewhat annoyed at first, but don't really care now, as long as it still plays games/blu-rays :)

My cover for my memory card slot fell off and there is a huge scratch down, the middle of it but I'm too busy playing awesome games to care

There's a very tiny gash at one corner, but you can barely see it... it bothered me at first, but not anymore.

My ps3 is scratched. It's almost impossible not to have any scratches. If you look under different light I bet you will see some kind of swirl marks. Kind of used to it.

It isn't scratched but I'd be pretty upset if it was. I want it to look as fresh as the day I bought it.

I travel it around a lot so it has some minor wear on it. There's one noticeable scatch on the top, but I keep a cloth over my PS3 anyways to keep the dust off, and it hides any marks lol. But no I don't really mind, I do clean my PS3 though sometimes, but a few minor scatches, meh.

My PS3 is not scratched but it is actually broken, it works fine it can play games and all but the cover of the slots at the front got broken and the ventelation cover got broken too but I put it back in place. To answer to your question I'm really angry with myself.

Not that I'm aware of. I'm sure if you used a loop and went over it, you'd find some micro-scratches from dusting it, but nothing serious. And yes, if I had serious scratches on my PS3, I would care. It's out on top of my entertainment center for all to see, I don't need it being tarnished. :P

My ps3 is scratched, even more so then it was before I sent it to Sony to fix ¬¬ but and the end of the day I don't look at it so much, I look at the tv, and you have to look right over it to see the scratches
