I'm playing Mafia 3 and I can't assign districts. Need help

I'm trying to assign a district to Cassandra. I'm selecting the ".45 In My Hand" mission but nothing is popping up on the map. Am i doing something wrong or is my game bugged?

Sounds like a bug, maybe close the game then restart it and see what happens.

there's truck pick up mission on the map where you need to steal the guns after you have talked to cassandra about the mission. Just go thru the various mission markers on the map after talking to casssandra and you should find it.

Those side missions just add income from cassandra, they dont do anything else for you, tho.
