this is why i bought a second ps3 as soon as i had the money after uc3 was announced. i bought another ps3 so if my old ps3 breaks close to uc3 i could just through that one away and play on the other right away. crazy i know !

Two swedish review-site/magazines gave a perfect 10 also. This got my hyped as hell. :D

I'm taking this review with a grain of salt (it's Greg Miller, IGN's biggest PS3 fan). But nonetheless, it looks to be an amazing experience. I can't wait for Gamespot's.

So far, the critic score (11 critics) is averaging a 9.4. The only critic that gave it less than a 9 score was from "eurogamer" reviewer named William Gates. He gave it only an 8. This game is getting awesome scores! I can't wait. I still haven't watched any trailers and I refuse to watch reviews.

Naughty Dog is unlikely to develop another Jak to begin with since they always move on generation to generation. If anything, you should buy the Jak Collection and hopefully it gets put into the hands of a developer that respects the franchise.

I really like that the guys who handled bringing Sly over to the PS3 are working on Sly 4.

All I'll say is I'm even MORE excited now. Both due to the score and the fact that Greg Miller kept saying that unlike Uncharted 2, whose story followed the outline from Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 3 really keeps you guessing.

I think that has a lot to do with publishers. Crash Bandicoot was ok when Sony/Universal were still publishing him and Naughty Dog was developing him. There was care, and then when it moved on Vivendi, then Sierra, and now Activision, he's just a cash in (same thing happened with Spyro, which just makes me sad).

Jak and Sly are both owned by Sony though, so I think they care a little bit more. I'm not saying Sony is perfect, but with the way the Sly, God of War, and Ico franchises have been moving along I think it's definitely going in the right direction.

Yea, perfect scores are really hard to come by. I just looked at metacritic and there arethirteen 10's. That's the most i've seen in a long time and for a game that hasn't been released yet! From my experience, Naughty Dog seems to make each sequel of every series they touch better than the last one. I think they're one of the best developers in the gaming industry.

Oh my, I am so excited! I would rather skip the weekend and Halloween and just get Uncharted 3!
