disk read errors are usually associated with hard drives...sounds like the read element was damaged from the drop.

you broke something when you dropped it. probably the laser that reads the disk.

sowhere can i get a newhard drive cas this one all it doing is makeing clicking sounds

It's not the harddrive you broke the disc drive. You'd need to replace the disc drive or at least the laser. I don't think warranty would cover you dropping the system unfortunately.

The solution is to drop it again and hope it rattles the laser back in.
