Last time I played PS3 was during Killzone 2 (online). I can't remember exactly how and who of course so I'm just assuming I got gunned down by someone.
i went to buy a hot dog,and i accidentally bumped into a random guy also eating a hot dog and he gets mad and fights me.i beat him up,then i saw him limping and trying to get away,so i let him go,when i turned my back,he started shooting me,lol
While you don't technically die in Ghostbusters, I did get clobbered by Shandor in the last boss fight. I was playing MGS2 in my PS3 and got killed by the Metal Gear Ray army, so technically that was like the last death I had. If you don't like that one, then it was being blown to bits by a rocket launcher in Unreal Tournament 3.

Well in the past month I replayed MGS Twin Snakes and last weekend finished MGS2, and now am starting MGS3 (which I did last night). Take a guess what comes next?

I've been playing this a lot lately. I beat it once already a week or 2 ago and I'm on track to beat it again this week. :) I felt bad for MGS3 because when I bought the 3 last year, I wanted to play MGS4 so bad, I beat MGS3 and quickly jumped to 4. I went back to it and it is just so good. I keep going and trying new things on my 3rd playthrough that I haven't even tried before! :D

Maybe... actually, most definitely. I'm painfully holding myself back from MGS4. I want to play it so bad. I'm waiting until TGS (if I can) to see when the rumored re-release is set to come out. I have a lot of PS3 games to play so I should be fine waiting. :)
I grabbed a guard in the middle of a sea of guards and threw him instead of pushing him aside, provoking his buddies to slash at me til I fell off a cliff.
Persona 4. I got killed by one of those fire tables on the bathhouse dungeon. I hate it when the shadows focus their attacks only on my main character. Everyone was healthy but they attacked him like three times in a row! I think I lost like two hours of gameplay :(
