yeah i just saw this too. it is terrible to think that sony would do something like this. it is so shameful and you can really see what is wrong with the corporate and entertainment world when you see them promoting a video game like this.
I think its funny as hell that they blurred the dead goat but not the topless woman :lol:. they may have gone over the line but at the same time is it realy that big a deal? the goat came from a butcher its not like the took it out back and cut its head off with a butter knife.
Sony needs to hire new promotion/advertising people. All most all the stuff they do is crazy. Happy-accident
Odd as it may seem, but their advertisers are probably here to stay. The stunt may have been a bit much, but hey, newspaper articles=free advertising. And it's jsut these sorts of advertising stunts (and the whole PSP graffiti thing which I'm sure we all remember) that really stick with people, which is exactly what the point of an advertisement is, in the end.
People really need to calm down and just take **** as it is. It'd be one thing if Sony killed the goat in front of the audience and started offering up sacrifices. It's a whole other story since they bought the damn goat from a butcher, meaning the goat was already dead. Animal cruelty, please...
I just dont understand, we humans eat cows, goat, chickens and other animals everyday but we dont to see the animal dead, we only want to see it cooked. I've killed a chicken and cooked it and ate it, I just dont see anything wrong with what Sony did.
So...it's Sony fault that everybody eats meat? I'm imagine it now, every slaughter house will sue Sony, because they played GOW and got the idea of killing animals.
