The new Prince of Persia (The Forgotten Sands) is pretty easy to Platinum. It takes a little work, but most of the trophies require little more than regular play through the game using the different moves and magic.

Dragon Age is an easy platinum, but does require 60+ hours to get as you'll need 3 playthroughs. But, at least you can be evil, good, a mage,warrior, and rogue each time to make it a slightly different experience.

Apparently Hannah Montanna is an easy platinum, but if you really need to play that game just for a platinum then you should hang your head in shame, I've even deleted friends for playing that game just for the platinum. By far the easiest game to get a platinum on has to be Terminator Salvation. Took me 1 hr and a half to get platinum trophy its that easy :)

Terminator Salvation is probably the easiest platinum, but come on, an hour and a half? You reallybeat it on hard in an hour and a half? Wow, it took me at least 6 hours or so
I wouldn't say entirely easy, but Dante's Inferno trophies can all be done on the Classic (easiest) setting, so it is entirely doable to platinum. You can even get most of the required trophies on your first playthrough, and essentially you'd only need to run through once more to pick up the last few you might be missing.
I don't have any platinums, but DiRT 2 and Burnout Paradise seem easy. For both of them you can get it by just playing the game and doing a bit of online.

Well there is plenty of easy games to get a Platinum on like Terminator: Salvation and Hannah Montana, but finding a GOOD game with an easy Platinum is tricky. I'd say the three best games with the easiest Platinums are Assassin's Creed 2, Fallout 3, and Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time.
If you're looking for games for the sake of getting platinum instead of getting platinum for the games that you play, I must say your priorities are pretty messed up. The majority of them aren't even that hard.
There are tons of really easy games to plat... none of my plats have been too hard, but the more easy ones have been Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, Godfather 2, terminator salvation, Assassin's creed 2, and blahh many others...
I personally think playing a game just to go after trophies and trying to get "platinum" is really stupid. I just play games because i want to play the game (I'm not hating I'm just stating my opinion) . Now with that said i played and beat Assassins Creed 2 and i was only 5 trophies away from getting platinum with out even trying
Pretty much every single one of my games, I haven't got platinum on anything. But I would have to say any sports game, or GTA.

GTA? Are you kidding? That is one of the hardest platinums out there. You have to win every game mode. That includes all the maps and every race type. And there is a glitch on it. I have done all modes twice with someone and I didn't get the trophy.

Well I usually play a game (without guide to get trophies) and if I enjoyed it, I go back and get the platinum.
I have only 10plats . My easy ones were Uncharted 1 and 2 , Dirt2, Burnout Paradise and Prince of Persia . My more difficult ones were WipeoutHD and Sacred2 .
As long as you get a bit of luck with the online part (like the bronze where you have to meet 7 people in a certain place on the map), Burnout Paradise is quite easy to Platinum. I'd know, it's my only one!
