it could be because i downloaded the Beta by using a UK account and moved it over to my real one or it can be some other problem.. anyway please help

If you have a North American PS3, you cannot play the Europe stores open beta. The only way you can play the beta in North America is if you had a beta key.

I'm sad now. I've tried every single way to get into the beta, and I've been rejected every time.
there is loads of theories about IP adresses getting blocked because of different regions using UK PSN and things of the sort. the thing is i live in the UK, used UK PSN and my Konami and Game ID is UK as well. i just think Konami are struggling with the number of users trying to connect and we are just going to have to be patient. my friend was playing it last night.....jealous much :(
PS: this whole Konami and Game ID thing is just plain stupid
