So here's the story. I dropped my PSP while it was in its bag because I opened it from the bottom and the PSP plops onto the ground. The D-Pad is working, but it takes pressure to steer or move. Does anyone know what to do or had the same experience? Thanks.

Not the first time I have heard about someone breaking a brand new gadget because they were too excited.

Still, try using its warranty right now. That's why its there.

Agreed. it's your best option at this point and it might have been defected in the first place. Is the pad stiff?

Is it the analog stick that's causing the problems? because you can always replace that. Or you can use your WARRENTY, if you got any. Hopefully you did, cause then they'd just give you a new one.

Yeah, a warranty would come in good use right now for you if you have one with the PSP.
