Capcom: "Three huge annoucements"

Because the 360 already went out of its way to lay its card on the table a couple days ago, im assuming the annoucements have atleast something to do with the ps3. Thoughts?

Dead Rising 2? hopefully.

i hate it when companies do this, they should just either make the announcement orkeep quiet.

Will Capcom finally offer us something creative?

Or will it be another sequels after sequels? Like Megaman...

I really hope they annoucements that Devil May Cry 4 will be exclusive on PS3 & also a new Onimusha on it way for PS3.D1rk-Knight

I highly doubt they would change their mind on that one again, ps3->multiplat->ps3 again wouldnt make sense, we will probably get a firm dmc4 release date though. Thats probably one of the annoucements the other two i think are anyones guess.

lol, keep dreaming, Capcom = Whore, if anything it will probably be a new multiplat game or two, or them giving M$ another PS3 title.

I know that there is a small chance to change their mind about DMC4 but like I said it just a hope, but what I really want to hear about is a new Onimusha for PS3 :)

they'll announce some games as ps3 exclusives and then pull a dmc4 and announce them as multiplat a month later.

anyway i lookin to some info on monster hunter 3.

Keep in mind that Dead rising never sold well in Japan, so slating an announcement for DR2 doesnt make sense. Im guessing you guys are right and that mega man will be in there somewhere. Da_bomb101

Dead Rising actually did better than the official sales numbers show. Alot of sales in Japan for the game came from people importing the Asian version (which was the US version) because of the huge delay due to Capcom having to censor the game. I bought the Asia/US version off yahoo auctions Japan (there was hundreds on there) last year while I was living in Japan and almost every shop I went into had the US version of Dead Rising for some stupid price, usually around 9000yen (although the Jp version wasn't far off!) By the time the Japanese version was released most people who wanted the game had bought it already.

If you look up the game on Amazon Japan for instance, you will see 98% of the reviews say they played the 外海版 (overseas version) Of course this doesn't mean Capcom KNOW about the popularity of the game but gaming community message boards are such a big thing in Japan I wouldn't be at all supprised if they do know about it.

Maybe not street fighter lol, but RE5 annoncement would be good (like, oh, it's gonna pop this week (joke)). Dead rising for the ps3 would be cool too (multiplatform) Maybe a new megaman? or a new IP?

OH I know, maybe it's about their new RPG IP? battles of valkyrie or something? dunno
