ok, after 2 days of calling up sony the problem is solved, i dident know what DMZ was and how to set it up, my uncle said that my router dose not sopourt DMZ and he forwarwed the port manauly, nothing solved, i called sony again and they said that i should call up netgear and tell them to set a DMZ, welli did and they told me everything setp-by-step and its solved! i set-up a DMZ on my router and thats it!!
HERES a stpe by step guide to set up a DMZ on a NETGEAR router only! i cant guarantee anything

1) Go to start and then go to run, type in CMD.
2) a black dos ox should appeear.
3) type in the box ipconfig and press enter
4) see your ip address from there
5) go to internet explorer and type that ip address in the address bar/
6) put in your username and password ( if u dont know call netgear)
7) on the left hand side you have a menu bar
8) click on WAN settings in the menu ar
9) you should now see a window with some settings init and sometihng saying DMZ
10) click DMZ and put the IP address of your PS3, you can find that under:
System infromation
11) press accept and enjoi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
