Bloodbourne dlc

I was wondering if anyone knows if the dlc will be affected by new game +? I was told by some people that the series dlc is usually found with in the game which would suck because I'm struggling with ng+ lol

The way the old games worked Dark Souls 1&2 you will receive an item, quest, area, or enemy that will let you trigger the DLC. If you're already on NG+, you'll either need to do the DLC on NG+ or start over.

Just my speculation but in the past we would also be teleported to a DLC location.
