second hand means to buy a game not new... maybe off a friend or pre-owned copy in a store.

problem is a lot of greedy developers like EA are putting on one use codes to get certain features (like online play)... which is why i havent bothered with fifa or tiger woods this year...

The VIP codes are 30% today, so you could go ahead and grab that.
