Don't think so. 

Gran Turismo has fallen out of Sony's good graces, the fact that this once top tier franchise is left to the scraps of the PS3 while Drive Club is the launch title on the PS4 shows that Gran Turismo is at best filler.

Since it's filler I don't expect to see any real major delays because what's the point? The game isn't coming out to really do anything besides say "The PS3 may be dead but we have a name you've heard before"

I don't expect Sony to have much patience if the devs try the "oh this is our masterpiece blah blah blah" routine again.

Nah, I don't think it will be delayed.  I usually have a gut feeling about Rockstar and their delays and I've only been wrong once.

My gut says it's coming on time.
