Anyone else get framedrops on GTA 5 PS4?

I cant do it Sony , i spent 400 bucks on a PS4 Slim Uncharted 4 Bundle , i picked up GTA 5 and as soon as i spawn in on Online and drive around the frames drop. Thanks 'next gen' , looks like im playing PS3 all over again , but besides all this...my question is does anyone else get this? I doubt its my HDD since its new and no other major games online lag (Uncharted 4 , StarWars Battlefront , Etc.) I am going to snap the disc if there is no patch or solution. (Around the 0:30 mark is where the frames get bad.)

Yes there are slowdowns in GTA Online, but it's hardly unplayable. Something I don't like about GTA Online though are the ridiculous load times

I never had major problems on GTA Online back on the PS3 outside of the launch window. That was effd up. Most of us couldn't even get past the intro lol But a month latert hey patched it up, gave away some free stuff and it worked well throughout. Had plenty of big shootouts, some involved heavy machinery and so on. Maybe the PS4 verison is as well optimised?

Get some glasses, there's no FPS drops or anything.
