I'm so tired of happy endings or stupid cliff hanger endings.

Are there any games that you recall that had the bad guy winning at the end?

killzone 2 the helghast are awesome

prince of persia the bad guy kinda wins in the end but that ending just pissed me off more then anyting

Half-Life 2: Episode 2. Eli Vance is killed. I suppose you could almost say every Half-Life so far. Once the game is finished, we really haven't accomplished anything.

Disgaea games always have multiple endings and even ways to end the game before the actual final boss. In the first game if you are truly evil Laharl or Etna get the option to kill flonne. Sometimes it can be pretty sad to see,...or sometimes hilarious.

(Spoiler alert!) Star Wars: Force Unleashed. At the end you face off agianst Vader and I think Palpatine is there as well, and Vader beats you.
