I am thinking about buying a PS3 and considering the 40 gb is like $100 cheaper I will probably get that.

However, I remeber hearing that the 40 gb was missing some components that come with the 80 gb. Anybody remember what they are?

The 40 GB still rules though! Many said that it couldn't play Assassin's Creed but if you have Internet access you can download the update and play it, without any glitches or problems! Also I heard the 40GB's are way more quiet then the 60GB's and the 80GB's! The only difference between the 80 Gigs and the 40 Gigs is

- it doesn't play PS2 games (who cares when games like GTA 4 and Haze are coming out shortly)

- only 2 USB drives in the front instead of 4

Thats it! So the question you have to ask yourself is this! Is it worth spending another $100 just for those 2 things? The choice is yours, I recommend the 40GB!
