Both games are very similiar I mean they're both action and puzzle oriented, but which is better in your opinion(s)?

Both are great games, but definitly God of War. I think it has much more action.

Prince of Persia by a mile... the only thing about God of War that was really appealing was its incredible story, but Prince of Persia has that and much more

Every prince of persia game so far has been fantastic (yes im including the old old school ones) The controls are so perfect, and the environmental puzzles are inspired. I would take it 8 times out of ten over GoW.

PoP is far better. if you consider your self a fan of mindless button mashing, then go for GoW, but other wise i would recomend PoP

I would have to say God of War.

The one and only Prince of Persia game I've played was the one for the Turbo Duo. Can't beat the first level on it...

god of war isnt just smash smash hit, when your on hard or very hard mode, if u do that ur dead for sure, u have to be skilled.

I hated Prince of Persia, But I Love God of War. So buy God of War and God of War 2. You won't be sorry.

God of War. How is GoW anymore button mashy than PoP? The combat in PoP is boring, and I don't find the story all that interesting either. God of War, on the other hand, has fun combat and a great story.

I love both, but God of War is by far my favorite game on the ps2. If you can, get both, they wont dissappoint.
