Is your goal to be the worst player in CSS history lol? Or are you just so good you want a challenge? As Junaid15 said, its not a good idea if you care about winning.
The one game i would not reccomend a controller for haha. The competition is SO high on this game, using a controller I just dont see things ending well for this :P
I know friends who use controller for games liek Shadowrun,L4D2 and TF2, and do not bad, but for Counterstrike Source they just got destroyed :P
The only pc games i recommend to play with a controller are platformers, racing games, and fighting game.
In ANY fps game the mouse and keyboard players will rape you before you even have a chance. They can pull of headshots in a fourth of the time it takes you. Dont do it man.
