sadly no, to the tc the only way to get the pixel shaders is buying a videocardhrah 1.1 should only cost you $10 or so if they're even available :)

Ok, so the comments were humorous, no doubt. He probably just saw some application or game saying he needs Pixel Shader 1.1 or higher, which he doesnt have. TC you need to buy a new graphics card. Sorry.
