There will ALWAYS be some form of bottleneck, you dont need to upgrade anything!

If you speed up just your RAM you will be lucky to get an extra 1FPS from that.

Faster RAM=Higher CPU temps, for now, I'm happy with my 800.

My guess would be your hard drive - an SSD is probably the biggest and best upgrade you could make right now.

Windows 7 upgrade came for free with my vista copy so im just waiting till then. Will i notice a fps increase in games like crysis? where every frame counts. also im running crysis on high settings no aa at 1680x1050 and i get around 30-40 fps. does that seem on par for my system?

As with most cases the hard drive is the bottleneck on most pc's. I'm glad ssd drives are gonna be the norm in 3-4 years ( maybe even earlier ) Besides your hard drive your pc dont seem to have a bottleneck ( maybe your cpu was a small bottleneck but seeing that you overclocked it it isnt a bottleneck at all and your pc ties together quite nicely)
