Personally I'm hoping they'll have Portal 2, Witcher 2, Red Orchestra 2, Dead Island, and Dragon Age Ultimate Edition anywhere from 50-75% off.

Hate being a poor student, it always gets in the way of quality gaming.
But I hope to see Shogun 2 on sale. Been dying to play it.
Everything! :P
Although I'd really want to see these on sale...
1) Red Orchestra 2
2) Serious Sam 3
3) Rage
4) LA Noire
Rage and Dead Island are at the top of my list. I would love Anno 2070 to be on sale, but I doubt it will be.
Portal 2 for $15
I didn't have the money when they did that last sale.
Also maybe Skyrim if it was 50% off or something. I doubt it, and I'm not even sure I would buy it. I'd rather wait until the DLC is out and I can get it all in one package.

If you don't buy Skyrim when it goes to 50% off, you're out of your mind. Obviously that won't happen, though.

I just hate DLC pricing. It's almost never worth the price for me. Basically, I go by the model that I should get an hour of gameplay per dollar spent. A $15 DLC pack needs to add 15 hours of gameplay. I do include replay value in that, but from experience most singleplayer DLC doesn't have much replay value. Large DLC like Shivering Isles is okay. I definitely got 30 hours for my $30, but the smaller DLC tend to be weak.

I'm 75 hours into Skyrim, it's definitely more than paid for itself.

Oh there's nothing wrong with Skyrim the base game. I just won't buy DLC separately that I don't feel is a good value. Sure, you could say you get 200 hours out of $60 Skyrim that 7 for $15 DLC is balanced out, but I still will not support DLC that isn't priced right for the gameplay. I do see value in most DLC, just not nearly what the publisher/developer charges for it.
Now, Skyrim could end up being a little different if the DLC is on Steam. There might be a chance that it goes on sale. Most DLC however doesn't go on sale, so I never ever buy it unless it's included in a GOTY or Ultimate edition. Since GOTY and Ultimate editions are more common these days (almost predictable), I generally just plan to get the compilation whenever it comes out.

AFAIK, there is no announcement for DLC yet, is there?
