Uhm, how do I get rid of this arrow? (Skyrim)

Ok this is weird. There's an arrow stuck in my head and I can't get rid of it. Any ideas?

It's a glitch. I had a cone of white light sticking out of my side for a few hours of gameplay. It went away on it's own after that.

Best way to get rid of the arrow glitch is to be hit by more arrows.
