Using my hdtv as a monitor, i can play skyrim and a lot of other games fine but when it comes to battlefield 3 the mouse alignment is off. its only off on fullscreen mode, i have to set it to windowed mode and the alignment is fine.

it also occurs on a very few other games, any way i can fix this?

I'm not sure what you mean really, but it sounds like a driver or software problem to me. The monitor that you use makes no difference. I play my PC games on my 42" 1080p LCD HDTV...
