The scar over the eye was done waay before that, even.

When I think about it, there's nothing redeeming about Geralt's character whatsoever. He's one of the most uninspired, emotionless husk of a protagonist, wannabe tough guy stock character ( in truth aging, pony-tailed and impotent ) I've ever seen done in a video game before.

The game betetr feature a Elixir of Viagra or something, otherwise how is Garrett going to get down to his usaul witch ******** routine? He looks about 70 in that picture. It's MGS4 all over again.

This is a proper representation of how Geralt should look following the novels. Since the game takes place several years after the novel Geralt is really 90-100 years in age. Go play FF if you want to play as a pretty teenage boy.

People complaining about age; Witcherslive a very long time.Even though he may look old and washed-up hes not old for a Witcher.

I like it! Old one was cool too but this reflects therecent/final look of Geralt. Its gonna look good next to/in my Collector's Edition box :P

It's looks okay. As long as the game is amazing though, then I could care less how they do the cover.

He looks like he's ready for retirement! It's not the facial features I'm bothered by so much, it's the droopy hair and lack of poise. He looks almost sad, even depressed. I prefer the old unofficial cover.

At the end of the day, I don't really care. In-game he will look noticeably different obviously and that's all that matters. Give me the game already!

Damn he looks ulgy! Very good work vom CDPR, its way closer to the way Geralt is described in the Books and after all he is no ordinary "shiny prince-ish" hero.

It looks good, but I prefer the original.

The old one looks better; it was more dynamic with the background illuminating onto the foreground (Geralt).

Although the positioning looks balanced, he looks out of place in this one and that backdrop now looks like one of those stupid backgrounds in those Dragon Age: Origins portraits.

I'd rather something more simple like the Witcher Enhanced cover, or if they'd used this which looks about the same ratio as a game boxart.

Nah its only consolized if it has flames surrounding or on the soldier thats been in the middle east for 2 weeks and is totally combat hardened.
