street fighter 4 pc probs

hello, i have recently begun to play street fighter 4 for pc but the controlls are ass, i cant figure out how to do when i look at the command list they are 2 arrows up and down or left and right and i says charge, the problem is that i cant figure out how to do that, they are also a cross similar to the d-pad on an NES contoller, what does that mean, and the black arrow pointing right ´, i just cant figure out what they do, plz can some1 help me. Im very greatfull 4 anserws. (sry for bad english, im swedish)

Try to launch Practice mode and there you can try out all of your controls.

In default they are:

A - low punch Z - low kick

S - middle punch X - middle kick

D - high punch C - high kick

Its incrediably easy to to ultra combos and super combos on keyboard.All u have to do is keep on smashing down forward or down backward and press F or V depending about the buttons used.

Ofcourse some of the moves r not possible on keyboard like vegas finisher.

And charging means u have to keep pressing buttons specified for some amout of time.

Charging means you heve to press and hold that direction for 2 seconds
