STEAM userID ticket?

I'm having trouble with steam  every tiem I try to join a multiplayer server, it says "disconnect: error verifying STEAM userID ticket" it does it for any multiplayer. does ne1 know what it means?

Log off your account then sign back in, and not just close steam but Log off and re-enter your username and such. Its an odd problem but easy to fix.
