Stalker or bioshock?

which one to get? i know their different games but which one is more enjoyable and bang for the buck?

same price... i would say bioshock it was good enough for me to finish

Tons of mods for STALKER overall = much more replay value, hence more bang for your buck. ;)

But if you can only get one right now, then get Stalker now and Bioshock later.

STALKER is actually pretty good to be honest but Bioshock is still better.

STALKER is really bad at the beginning but it grabs your interest when you get deeper into the game. Bioshock is sort of the opposite. I was very interested at first but began to lose it quickly as I played it. The combat was bland, predictable story, and a disappointing ending

STALKER is a good game with alot of potential and a great mod community. Bioshock is a truly great game. I would buy bioshock, and wait to buy STALKER: Call of Pripyat to get into the series. It is supposed to fix many things that were wrong with the original and clear sky.

STALKER is much better but i'm not sure Call of Pripyat will fix much stuff, just like clear sky to the original, still fun playing those though.

BioShock has a gripping storyline that runs like a RPG's would - it's that good. Lots of things to do, and there are stations where you can improve your weapons.

Bioshock.

Depends...Stalker is a GREAT game,but Bioshock has a really good story that is very relevant for today's society and the pitfalls we may encounter in the future...and im a sucker for stories so my vote is bioshock.

Stalker + mods, bioshock can get very boring after few hours of gameplay.

well lets see. Bioshock i played once, tried playing again but just could not do it. no replay value.

Stalker, on the other hand, i've played through three times, each playthough taking ~40 hours. lots of great mods. none for bioshock. both games have decent atmosphere, but Stalker wins hands down. both have questionable gunplay, but imo its much better in stalker. stalker, with mods, looks better than bioshock does, but they look very different, bioshock is ultra shiney, while stalker is very drab, but both games look like they are supposed to.

so i'd go with Stalker for the replay value, tense atmosphere, fantastic Ai, and unpredictable events which occur because of the fantastic ai (bethesda could learn from this style of a-life)

I agree, bioshock is pretty good but i tried playing it again to get a different ending & i couldt do it. not much of a replay value.

I havent bought stalker yet, but ive seen some great screenshots with mods.

Get the Bioshocks. There isn't many games that feel like Bioshock

bioshock is very linear and a bit dumbed down for my taste, where stalker is sandbox and plays almost like a rpg.

If you want to get a game with good high graphics and awesome things to kill, i would suggest Bio-shock it has really good graphics and it doesn't leave you bored of it after you beat it the first time. It also has some great themes and the story-line is great. Hope this helps! :)
