RPG/MMO/MMORPG Recommendations????

I am looking for a new rpg/mmo/mmorpg game to play and I'm not fond of skyrim since they got rid of the acrobatics and the fast running with endurance. Games that i've already played are: WoW, GW1 and 2, morrowind, oblivion, Dark Age of Camelot (there wasn't anyone online when i tried it lol). Just want a new game that will last a long time and I can enjoy. Suggestions?

I don't know what to say really, i did side missions and took my time exploring the area i was in. Not to mention every time i got detected i ran away and hid so i could go through the area all stealthy and sometimes i'd let the guards kill me so i could try again without being detected once. I saved A LOT and kept retrying areas by doing things differently until i was satisfied lol.

Just a lot of little things which helped increase my playtime. Also thanks for the tip i'll do that.

two worlds 2 wasnt bad and i think it might be cheap on steam. theres also fable lost chapters and dragon age

I don't think it was long enough to qualify as an RPG, an action-adventure is a more fitting title.

I watched a younger kid play it(LoL), and it looks like warcraft III but mmo style. just didn't appeal to me. Seemed pretty lame.

I'm replaying the KOTOR series, and I'm having as much fun as I had the first time I played it. In my opinion it's a must play for any RPG fan, just give it some time since it is a little old.

If your looking for an MMO, try GW2 or LOTRO if you don't want to spend a boatload of money.

I'm really liking Risen 2: Dark Waters. It is a pirate themed, single player, rpg that almost feels like an adventure game at times. I spent around 14 Hrs playing it in 5 days, and I plan to continue the trend. The graphics are pretty good at times. I might give it another play through once I finish it, or I might scavenge the islands once I get my own ship; this will add to my playtime.

It may not be for you though, since you said you like fast running which Risen 2 doesn't have. You can only run in the game, get tired, and then normal run again. Risen 2 gets a lot of things right, for example, the difficulty, amount of enemies, immersive quests. The combat is fairly simplistic, so you might not like that either. But it doesn't bother me. The game has a lot going for it.

Although Skyrim is more polished, I like Risen 2 better because it is more immersive, and it feels new. I can understand how a minority of people may not like Risen 2, but it should still kill some time for you even if you don't love it. I usually don't like pirates that much, but I'm immersed in the game.

While the stat inflation in WoW is outright absurd.

I see nothing wrong with the pandas and even if they are "childish" I see nothing wrong with that. Liking childish things does not make a person immature, but not liking childish things for the sake that they are childish, now that is immature.

Try playing Cabal online it has almost everything that you need. Try also Tera, Aion, League of Legends, Kingdoms of Amalur, Borderlands and many more.

Deus ex and the witcher look good...although dues ex looks more like a shooter than rpg play style. although it has rpg elements. And i've already played GW2. Any others?fnevaeva
