I just uninstalled steam after I moved the SteamApps file to a different location, now, when I put the entire file back, I do not have the games still installed. How do I get my games back without re-installing them??????

You only need to open Steam and then click on the game that you want to play then it will check all the files (no download) after check the files then you can start play the game.
