Reallocated Sector Count is critically high on one of my hard drives...

Recently, I was forced to format my pc-harddrives because of a malfunction of my mainboard...

socks...Mainboard replaced, put Vista on it and now S.M.A.R.T. keeps telling me that one of my harddiscs may have an error and there's a chance of data loss...

Initialized hardware with Dr. Hardware and Gosh!...Reallocated Sector Count counts "RAW" 61624.

Dunno what to do...is the harddisc trash or is there a way to save it?
