Question about Losing hard drive space

Just today, I noticed that I appear to be losing hard drive space by the minute. I have about 120 GB open right now, but each time I look in My Computer, the total keeps getting less and less until it will go down to zero where I can't do anything and need to restart the computer, and the process will start over, does anyone know what may be happening?

defrag your hard drive.. if this does nothing sweep for spyware.. someone is lying to you.. there is no reason on this earth that one goes through 120gb in under 24 hours.

after the above ahs been done if it stabilizes check to see how much hard drive space you actually have.. it may be that in fact you are running out of space and need to seek out a new hard drive to stripe with it/make a new volume
