Problems with Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory

Hi, i have a problem with Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

I'm on a Macbook late '06 which is a GMA 950...anyway you'll see all this on the screenshot i provided.

The thing is as you can see on the screenshot the game reports everything is perfect to run this game, including my video card supports Shader Model 2.0. But when I run it, it errors saying that my video card doesn't support Shader Model 1.1. What seems to be the problem? I'm really annoyed by this.

Umm, are the drivers up to date? I don't really know how to explain that problem
