Possibly 2 FEAR games?

According to this IGN article, Vivendi plans to make a sequel to FEAR since it owns the FEAR name, but Monolith (who doesn't own the rights to the game) is also planning to release a FEAR sequel in the game's universe. This might mean 2 different FEAR 2 games, although Monolith is having other people create a new name for their sequel. What do you guys think of this, and what is your idea for a title for Monolith's sequel?  

That is part of the industry. The developer and really where all the creativity came from (Monolith) does not agree with what Vivendi has requested. There is some conflict there and I don't blame Monolith for it that's for sure. Developers deserve much better treatment than they have gotten in many many companies like EA. That is why there's a split.

If it's not from Monolith you can expect it to suck or be mediocore. They are the people who created the game, not Vivendi. Vivendi forked over the cash. Now that FEAR is a hit perhaps they don't want to pay more?
