Video card came with PC already equipped with on-board video. It came pre-installed so no CD or manual included. Can I rip this video card and put it in a different PC with no on-board video? It's AGP, super old PCs.

There were three AGP versions, and AGP1 isn't compatible with AGP3, but it also shouldn't fit, because of a changed blocking bar across the slot. The original AGP cards needed 3.3 Volts, and only offered 2X accelleration. The AGP2 cards needed 1.5 Volts, but most AGP2 cards were dual-current 2X/4X cards. The AGP3 cards are 0.8 Volts, and the lower quality cards remained dual, but as 4X/8X. The Higher powered AGP3 cards were strictly 8X ones, not dual use, and can be burned out in the wrong slot.

If the donor PC is going to be expected to start running from the onboard video, it will need drivers for that IGP.
