its a decent enough card to get you by. you're not on the bleeding edge, but it will do the job if you dont want to upgrade. whats the rest of your system like, and what games do you plan on playing?

If you can get your hands on a 640MB version of that card, it would be a slightly better for you with the extra RAM it offers. Otherwise it's not a horrible card and should do you well for the games you are looking to play, that you mentioned. That card should be good for playing Oblivion without much of an issue. You should be able to play Gothic 3 at fairly decent settings and it shouldn't have any issues playing online games: such as World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings and whatever other ones are out there.

most modern games you will be able to play at a modest resolution with med-high settings. high settings on the more graphic intense games is out of your reach in terms of playable frame rates as your card doesnt have enough ram for high res textures.

That said though if you wanted to you could still get just about any top end graphics card you want with that power supply. Only your CPU will be holding you back then.
