Just wanted to see what game you thought had the most rewarding experience in your opinion. Not nessecarily the best game, but the one that you look back and say "DAMN that was awesome". Myself, it was Clive Barker's Undying! Have played better games but that one left a great memory for me. Hoping that maybe someone mentions a game or two that I've never played.
Back when I used to play WoW was really a game changin experience especially because I have never played an mmorpg and was my first online game.
But also Half life was the most memorable game for me. Then played Half life 2 that was a more memorable game :D *good times* all of those reward me with awesome experiences.

Not a huge rts fan so I'll just take everyones word on Starcraft, but Salker Call of Pripyat I haven't played but a couple of hours so now loaded the complete mod and am looking forward to starting it from the beginning and sinking what time I can into it. I liked the first, but being that I work full-time and I'm married puts my gaming time to minimum.

Bioshock is literally System Shock 2 with renamed concepts and reskinned. No One Lives Forever 2 is far superior to 1, and the only reason I'd play Max Payne 1 over Max Payne 2 is for the Kung Fu 3.0 mod which is just epic(it lets you do wall runs and all kinds of crazy kung fu moves). Still, I think Max Payne 2 is way better gameplay wise.
As soon as i started up the first game i knew it was something i would remember for years to come and that i'd enjoy. It was like i was watching a blockbuster movie. Words can't describe how amazing these games are.
Lineage 2. When the last enemy bishop falls, and noone else is coming up to ally res for them...and u realise ur clan just won the 2 hour long fight for th raid boss. And after you kill it you go on the forums and trash talk them. feelsgoodman.jpg

In terms of multiplayer, then its Quake series. Owning the map in a 1-1 or teamplay is the most thrilling and adrenaline pumping gaming experience I've ever had.
ffxi (whole serie but it's not on pc), quake, wow before bc, diablo, starcraft, warcraft serie, max payne, portal1-2, GTA serie I like games for their story mainly...

Mass Effect series for me. It is too bad that I uninstalled the second one without backing up my save :/. Is there a way to get that save back somehow ( from my online account etc.)?
Left 4 Dead 2 / Counter Strike (1.6 and Source) - Playing on-line in PCW extremely rewarding when your team wins, or when your the lone survivor and win the round gain a great sense of gratification. Deus Ex - At the end of it you feel like you had to battle your own interpretation of what you thought was good and evil in the world. Your heart strings are torn from you as you endure emotional ordeal throughout the game based on the concept of "interpretation" Tomb Raiser 3 - Personally for me it was the first ever 3D rendered puzzle/shooter game I played and getting my head around the 3D environment extremely difficult especially with the complicated chamber puzzles
