I just installed my old MICRO MACHINES 2 game on my old computer... everything works fine..besides...
the calibration of the gamepad somehow wont work correctly... at the player who plays with the gamepad control setting, the car always turns either way, the left side or the right side...
first, I thought my old gamepad doesnt work correctly no more...
so I downloaded MM2 from an abandonware site and installed the game on my new comp with dosbox and d-fend.. also here, everything works fine...besides the gamepad.... the game recognizes my new gamepad, but in the game, still the same problem...
so my gamepads aint broken...must be a problem in MM2... I can remember having this problem years ago, when we used to play this game, but somehow, we always got it to work...I think we just calibrated so often, until it worked...
Sorry, I can't help, but I did want to say good call on the game. That's one of the old school games that remains fun to this day. I hope it gets added to the Wii or XBox 360 Live Arcade game list.
